SU Athletics “I’m In”

Support Orange athletics and your alumni club!

As loyal fans, members of Syracuse University’s regional alumni clubs have cheered the Orange as we’ve battled our rivals. Now, we’re asking you to invest in the success of our teams as we take on the Atlantic Coast Conference!

In the spirit of athletic competition, the Office of Alumni Relations and the Athletics Department have issued a challenge to all 35 chartered alumni clubs in the U.S.

Give today—get a T-shirt and more!

With a donation of $44 or more to the SU sport of your choice, you can be “in” today and help your alumni club demonstrate its Orange pride. To show our appreciation, all SU alumni club members who give $44 or more will receive a commemorative “I’m in” shirt and a window decal. In addition, all donors are eligible to receive benefits of membership to the Orange Club 2014-15 season, based on level of giving.

The rules…

The Alumni Club Challenge starts November 1, 2013, and runs through June 30, 2014.

Two clubs will receive the top award, which includes an Athletic representative attending a Club event:

  • The club with the highest percentage of participants relative to the number of SU Alumni in that region
  • The club that demonstrates the greatest effort for the challenge, as selected by the SU Alumni Association Philanthropy Committee

One member participating in the challenge from each of the above winning clubs will be awarded an Athletic souvenir.

Three additional clubs will receive honorable mention:

  • These clubs will be awarded an athletic souvenir for the club to auction, the proceeds of which will provide support for the club’s scholarship.
  • One participating member from each of these three clubs will also receive an individual token athletic souvenir.
